My husband wants to "original" from his mother, who died recently. We are in a financial crisis, how can the will with the clerk of the county file (w / lawyer OA), then when it's time for commission approval for a lawyer or can it legalized? The will is easy, everything goes to my husband. I have talked with a few lawyers, and have different opinions received from them (They wanted $ 2,500 for a beginner, not ).... a clear answer (sorry, but I think he wants now, so you do not, they say) is the line.
